Fill out the membership registration form on JotForm. It takes a few minutes on your phone.

Dual team spots are first come, first served, with coach’s discretion for an earned roster spot. Duals are registered by team coaches.

Individuals are registered by parents/guardians. For team name, register under “Attack Wrestling Club”.

A current USA Wrestling membership. Membership is annual and must be a FULL membership.
