Season Schedule

At Attack Wrestling Club, our yearly training plan is a relentless, year-round assault designed to forge high-skill wrestlers into unstoppable champions with an unyielding Attack Mentality. We divide the calendar into four dynamic seasons—Preseason (Fall), State Competition (Winter), National Competition (Spring), and Training Camps (Summer)—each building on the last to push the pace, sharpen techniques, and dominate competitions.

Most sessions are held at Whitmer High School (5601 Clegg Dr, Toledo, OH with Communication via Social Media and Calendar Events), focusing on aggressive drills, strength conditioning, and mental toughness for motivated athletes ages 8U-18U. No beginners—only warriors ready to grind.

Our plan ensures continuous progression—no off weeks, just non-stop evolution. Dual team opportunities abound, with costs below $200/season for full access. Ready to attack?

Here’s the breakdown of our structured plan:

Preseason – Build the Foundation

Kick off the year with high-intensity Preseason training to unleash your inner beast. From August 31st to October 22nd, practices run Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30–8:00 PM at Whitmer Wrestling Facility (5601 Clegg Dr, Toledo). Mondays feature elite Clinician Night sessions, while Thursdays deliver Hard Drill & Live. This phase hammers technique, live wrestling, and explosive attacks under top-level guidance, setting the tone for the battles ahead.

Competition Season

Step into the fire of competition season and unleash your inner beast on the mat. Practices run from 6:30–8:00 PM, delivering high-intensity live wrestling, pinning combinations, match strategy, and explosive attacks. This is where we sharpen every weapon, build dual-team chemistry, and turn training into real wins—state titles, dual victories, and national podiums.
