Season Schedule

At Attack Wrestling Club, our yearly training plan is a relentless, year-round assault designed to forge high-skill wrestlers into unstoppable champions with an unyielding Attack Mentality. We divide the calendar into four dynamic seasons—Preseason (Fall), State Competition (Winter), National Competition (Spring), and Training Camps (Summer)—each building on the last to push the pace, sharpen techniques, and dominate competitions.

Most sessions are held at Whitmer High School (5601 Clegg Dr, Toledo, OH with Communication via Social Media and Calendar Events), focusing on aggressive drills, strength conditioning, and mental toughness for motivated athletes ages 8U-18U. No beginners—only warriors ready to grind.

Our plan ensures continuous progression—no off weeks, just non-stop evolution. Dual team opportunities abound, with costs below $200/season for full access. Ready to attack?

Here’s the breakdown of our structured plan:

Preseason – Build the Foundation

Preseason- Fall

Tues ,Thurs & Sun – 6-7:30pm

Start Date – 8/26/25

End Date – 11/5/25

Kick off the year with high-intensity preseason conditioning to unleash your inner beast. From August 26 to November 25, practices run Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 6:30-8:00 PM. This phase hammers takedowns, team building, and explosive attacks, setting the tone for the battles ahead. It’s all about grinding through the grind to emerge stronger—sign up now and attack the offseason like a champion!

 

State Competition – In-Season Domination

Season- Winter

Tues ,Thurs & Sun – 6-7:30pm

Start Date – 11/11/25

End Date – OAC Grade School State

Hit the mat hard during the state competition season from November to the OAC Grade School State (typically mid-February). Sessions are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, 6-7:30 PM, emphasizing in-season development for duals and individual glory. Push the pace with pinning combos, strategy refinement, and live wrestling to crush regional rivals. This is where we turn training into triumphs—join the dual teams and own the state circuit!

National Competition – Nationals Assault

Season – Spring

Tues ,Thurs & Sun – 6-7:30pm

Start Date – 3/17/26

End Date – 6/7/26

Ramp up for the big leagues in the national competition season, running from March to June . Practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7:30 PM focus on nationals and duals development, including freestyle techniques and mental warfare to secure podium finishes. It’s peak intensity for high-stakes events like Nuway Nationals—spots limited, so sign up to push the pace and claim your national edge!

Training Camps

Season – Summer

Close the loop with explosive growth in the summer training camps phase from June to September . Tuesdays and Sundays, 6-7:30 PM (with specialized camp dates varying), deliver advanced training, prospect drills, and technique overhauls to reload for the next cycle. From 2-day intensives to skill-building battles, this season fuels long-term domination—perfect for motivated grapplers aiming to level up.
